I think this functionality changed around 1.49d-f, but I can't

I believe it was moved into Options -> Network & Administration.
For the life of me I can't find the thread where I figured out the
shortcut was gone and Mark found it in 'Network & Administration.'
I never used that feature, so I'm not gong to be able to help you
there. :)
