It _was_ several checkboxes before, but - you must have "user"
account in the system to disable in this account some action ... You
_now_ can't disable nothing for admin (I think, you can imagine real
life situation, then "more admin" and "less admin" are needed in the
system simultaneously

Yes, it can be one even earlier, but I see and know some type of
weakens for such config.
You must - enter account name of startup
         reload The Bat for changing account
Yes, you can use /Login parameter, but if user have more than one
"user-account", he'll (or admin-account owner) must create
"user-groups" of shortcut's set for all account, but I suppose, by
this manner lost some type of its power and flexibility

MDP> Not gone - just become more formal.

And _less_ fast and strong... I think, such "hidden shortcuts" can be
presented and make life easier
