Dear all,
I am today installing TB! v5.0.32 on my clients computer. It will run
for 30 days as test then I hope he will purchase the licence.
(probably the first in Jordan - RITlabs?). Anyway, I need your help
please in properly installing and configuring this account. This is
what I have done so far:
Using the wizard I created the account giving it the type of IMAP4. In
properties under transport I then can see thatthe SMTP is
smtp.orange.jo port 587 (STARTTLS) and pop.orange.jo port 993 (TLS).
For the credentials I enter the full Orange eMail (<name>@orange.jo)
and password. I didn't do other settings such as "IMAP Fine Tune".
Now I see in the menu that there is a "Connect to Server" menu item.
Is that not done automatically? Must this be initiated every time?
When I hit the F2 (fetch) nothing happen. THe Log shows;

I must mention that this account is already accessed through POP using
Outlook (hopefully I can convince my client to change to TB!). The
idea on this second Computer is, that he is accessing his eMail using
IMAP4 when traveling and that the eMail is still available from the
first computer.
Question:
[1] could it be, that it's not possible to access that account with
POP and IMAP?
[2] Are my settings so far correct?
[3] Any suggestions on how to fine Tune my settings?
