Hi Raymund, RS>> If you mean uninstall TB! according to Ritlab notes and RS>> installing a new one I would say YES :)
RA> Uh, they have that in the notes? I never followed that :-) You need to uninstall it through Modify and than Uninstall not direct uninstall. However, even if you select that database is to be uninstalled as well it stays on the HDD after TB! claims that it's all over (in my case it was over 4GB just sitting in a folder and I was surprised after I found it still there). Same is with lots of registry entries that are not removed during uninstall. I reported it as a bug long time ago. As per Ritlab's reply they prefer to remove less than too much. I do not agree with such approach, if user selects uninstall he expects all of it to be removed by uninstaller instead being forced to clean it up manually (data from HDD and TB!'s entries in registry). But it's just my opinion. -- Best Regards, RS (FEDARA) The Bat! 5.1.2 Windows 7 x64 Professional (7601 Service Pack 1) POP3 accounts (x5) Saturday, April 28, 2012 (00:28 ; GMT+8) ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 5.1.0.3 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
