Silly me, taking things literally. <smile> I just thought that the '_prc' was some internal acronym that RIT attached to 'thebat' to ensure it was unique. It didn't even occur to me that you were referring to part of a file name. I'm searching again with the correct string, but one of the registry fix/clean tools may have already eradicated it, since the latest (5.1.6.2) MSI did not complain. Ah... once I realized that I needed to search in 'data' instead of 'key' or 'value' this was MUCH easier to locate. And it helped me get rid of some bat guano from my registry, too, since there were still entries for 5.1.6 and 5.1.6.1 after I'd run the MSI for 5.1.6.1 and 5.1.6.2 (in that order.)
