So the actual problem is there are two different Replys both called Reply. One always quotes everything(Ctrl+R or Message=>Reply) and the other only quotes highlighted text(F4) but there is no way to tell them apart that I can see. Given that mess, it seems like a third one should be created that quotes all unless something is highlighted and then it only quotes the selected text. or just make it so Ctrl+R works sensibly, quotes everything or only highlighted. And please name them Reply Minimally and Reply Maximally or something that makes some sense.
