"KISS" is an old standing and tested design rule: Keep It Simple, Stupid. After getting rid of the F4 for replying with quote, the context menus need to be cleaned up for unifying the actions selectable e.g. on a message etc. Those are too different in different context menus. Currently it is really a mess, IMHO.
