IMHO 32 Mbs is small for just any NT workstation no matter what it is
running.

I have that sometimes but have never been able to find out exactly what is
causing it. I has usually come on on an old windoze 98 box when I am doing
a lot of things at once.

Marck like me does live in GMT but it is summer time at the moment we are
using BST (British summer time) which is +0100 so the date headers are
correct as far as I can tell
