See www.avenarius.sk/bat/macros/sk.htm#7 and insert Italian greetings
instead of the Slovak ones. Then save everything as Quick Template
"greeting" in the CTRL+SHIFT+Q editor. You can then use the
%QINCLUDE="greeting" macro in your reply templates. As Januk pointed
out, this macro will work in TB! 1.54. (You need to upgrade from
1.53.)
