Well, if you can read this message, then I made The Bat! work under Linux (with Wine).
The Bat! seems to work (more or less) with the latest build. It takes a little longer to load (actually, when it's loading it gets caught in some loop, and doesn't exit until I press Alt+Tab), and I can't always browse folders or view messages. But so far, it seems to work. I'm using Mandrake Linux 8.1 and WINE build 20011023-1.
