We use the real Outlook (not Express), and that supports Microsoft Rich text, plain text and HTML, with the default being Rich text (at least here). Everyone is therefore doing nice things with colours etc.. and all I get is plain text. On the whole this isn't a problem, but combined with Outlook's default use of colour (only) to differentiate reply text in a message, means that they are hard to read. If people sent HTML, that would be fine, but they send Rich Text (i.e. copy and paste it into Wordpad, and it retains its formatting and colours)
