Perfectly correct. We use the term "Rich Text Viewer" loosely since it
formats plain text to a certain "stylesheet" we can define (have a look
at the Options/Viewer/Rich Text Viewer from the drop down).

It is *not* Microsoft's file format, which, BTW, is a very good format
based on a very good idea developed in good old DOS times. funny
enough it is MS's own products (particularly Word) which have
difficulties importing and exporting it correctly.
