None that I was aware of. You can set a default encoding for new messages, but for replies you'd have to use a macro. Maybe this is worth a feature request? And I see the connection between that symbol and a "Dbel". Although I have to admit that all I've seen so far had only 2 spikes. </offtopic> >> BTW, didn't it work correctly for some time after the last thread we >> had on that subject? GE> Hm, hm. At least with beta/31 it didn't work (I found a mail with GE> that version; I'm actually to lazy to test all the versions). I don't think you will receive a good result with any version. As we could see from the thread, the encoding is correct. It seems that TB has a problem when displaying encoded subject fields (I don't know if it affects other header fields as well). IIRC, somewhere before Beta 31 the displaying was correct. GE> Well, and some additional test: I normally send my mails with quoted GE> printable coding. PGP obviously can cope with it. BTW, I just filed a bug report for this problem, #501, if you or someone else wants to add something I missed. -- Regards, Lars The Bat! 1.54 Beta/39 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 ____________________________________________________________ | Lars Geiger | <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> | -- _________________________________________________________ Archives : http://tbbeta.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Wish List : http://wish.thebat.dutaint.com BugTraq : https://bt.ritlabs.com/
