        Yes, I can verify that they were all set to "Save as
Draft" status in the past.  What I cannot be sure of is if they
were changed.  I know I didn't change them one by one though and
I don't think they can be changed even by mistake in one fell
swoop.

        Good idea.  But really they should have been deleted
long ago.  Unfortunately they were quite lengthy and I have been
taught to save all forms of writing, especially if it sucked.  I
normally move these into a temp sub folder of the Outbox.  But
in this case I had not.  That part is my fault for certain.  So
I am not 'mad' at my little Bat at all.  But just confused as to
why the re-send also triggered a queued mail send.

        I have made this mistake in the past with test messages.
 But this wasn't a regular send / receive (which I don't use)
but a specific "re-send" directed from the message editor
itself.
