First off, I use Powerachiver 2001 and it extracted no problem.
Secondly, TB! does load and does not ask for directories to be installed
in...
Your not supposed to run the exe file, just extract it to your existing
Bat directory overwriting the existing thebat.exe.
From the behaviour your describing your trying to run the unrared exe
file without it being in your existing Bat folder and expecting it to
install itself.
It's just an updated executable, not a full blown install.
