Hopefully Definative answer..
TB! uses simple MAPI.. used where the entire command can be specified
on a "single command line/URL". With office 97 products Send To mail
recipient works just fine. Send to routing recipient FAILS.

This is because routing uses the address book / name resolution
facility with is only part of full MAPI. When using Outlook etc which
do support full MAPI, then they can invoke the address book an
initiate name resolution. All this requires user interaction.. which
isn't specified in simple mapi

A simple mapi client is fully function if it understands something
like: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?Subject=Test&Body=Hello%20World
(as TB! can)

Winfax expects full MAPI, as it tries to invoke the full MAPI spec
address book functionality to resolve names to fax numbers etc

I hope this helps.
