I believe he means MAPI. I also complained about MAPI not working properly (or fully). I can select a file (i.e an Excel sheet) in Explorer and right click and select Send to/Email recipient and TB's editor will open OK and the file will already be included as an attachment. But I can't create/send e-mail from other applications like WinFax Pro or my contact manager. And I don't think this "Send to" can be understood as MAPI.
