I'm afraid I agree that it isn't too useful. Unsecured e-mail may be like writing your messages on a postcard, but for me that always seems to be good enough. If you do figure out how to use PGP you will then discover that no-one you want to write to uses it anyway. Only instance I HAVE used secured mail, was in e-mail based negotiation of a confidential contract.. we used Microsoft SMIME (?) then. PGP is just too complex IMHO Graham
