Your server may stripping the "Content-transfer-encoding: base64"
header or wrecking the MIME attachment block formatting somehow.
I've turned PGG/MIME off for this one so you should be able to read
it okay.

The upshot of this is for you to find out why messages are being
doctored before you get them. Also, it would be of more value to you
to view the message source and to examine the headers for a clue as
to why you get to see raw base64 message data instead of getting it
decoded for you by TB...
