Not at all. You already have a QT. You're using it. Or was it just a
segment of your reply template? Immaterial. All I gave you were the
*corrections* to what you already have.

No, you just need to change the template you already have to use the
%QUOTESTYLE('=%qinclude(Initials)') syntax instead of
%QUOTESTYLE(%qinclude(Initials)) you currently have because it's
wrong.
