from 2.0 Beta/3 is possible to use Shift+Del for deleting immediatelly
(not  to  Trash),  but message still remains in msgbase of this folder
and  it  must  be  compressed. You can set this in Account properties,
Mail  management,  button  "Advanced"  and  for  each  folder  too  in
"Deletion" tab.

look to Sorting office, section "Selective download" filters.
