It do nothing :( Confirmed. This behavior has been present for several Beta versions of the 2.x series. I should have mentioned this earlier. I also have TB! started minimized to systray in my Startup folder and it actually starts scanning folders and getting new mails when I first click on the taskbar icon. I can't get the taskbar icon away like it was some versions before.
