Acknowledged; and very annoying. Also occurs when sorting by created
data in reverse order; as I'm on several lists where people use
(web)clients that don't (properly) insert references headers this
makes it much harder to read as the chances of replies now being
listed before the original message has increased due to there being
chances that there are more recent messages in the thread causing the
thread to be sorted below one of the responses belonging to it.
