HTML messages encodied in Big5 are still displayed blank. In the
plain-text viewer, I can read the text fine.

At the office, this is a real issue, as I receive a lot of mails from
Hong Kong and Taiwan, and I have set the HTML viewer as default for
certain reasons. So, those messages must always get the F9-treatment,
which is annoying.
