And a good job you did. TB is an email client. If people want to
discuss it (in English) on the Usenet, they can open a seperate
newsgroup, just like in German cyberspace.

Seems like a lot of regular family members don't fel happy about this
move. The length of the thread alone gives an indication that the time
is not ripe. IMHO.
