What is the recommended install procedure for a fresh installation on XP? I just upgraded my laptop's OS (new install, wiping everything) and wanted to know how I should get The Bat installed the easiest.
This isn't my main machine, so I'm not worried about moving messages over (yet...) Should I start with the latest full release (2.04.07) and go from there? Or would it be better to start with an older version? I plan on eventually getting up to the latest beta, if that makes any difference.
