Open the rogues.msl file and make sure it says: Type = "Rogues" and that your PDSF.MSL file does not list any of the roguemoticons, or editing your PDSF.MSL file put the Type = "Rogues" right above the first roguemotion entry. Never mind, skip that. If you have roguemoticons in your PDSF.MSL file, delete them.
