The thing is that with IMAP, even if you define a source folder, the
filter will still be applied to all folders.

Now that the folders tab has been provided, I can now control which
folders each filter works with.

Yes, when I discovered that the source folder setting was being
ignored for IMAP, I didn't really expect a whole new tab. For me, so
long as it works, I'm happy, but for others it would be confusing to
see both functions which seem to do the same thing.
