My minimize button remains greyed out (in shades of blue that is),
when I follow your procedure.
Did some fooling around maximized the address picker, closed it,
opened it and then it was full screen without being maximized and I
couldn't resize the window anymore.
Closing and restarting TB didn't help. :-(
Don't know whether running TB on a two screen computer complicates
this.

Closed TB, opened regedit and edited the relevant registry keys to
solve the problem.
