I've unpacked this MSI with Total Commander (as I've posted before on this list, I absolutely despise MSI installers, and I guess you now start to realize why :), and it contains TheBat.exe 3.0.1.28, and that is probably the 3.0.1 release. But the TheBat.lng file included in it is dated 2004-10-11, so it seems to be recent enough...
