I bet it would, but I understood that Maxim is targeting the v3.0.0 release
installation (maybe I'm wrong), and 3.0.1 should not add another entry to
ARP in that case. Since I cooked my 3.0.0(.5) release entry yesterday I
thought it would be of little value for the testing process to try if this
new MSI replaces my RC6 MSI installation, as it would have another
identifier, or whichever way those files/versions are kept apart (I have no
idea).

What the heck, I'll try it now, anyway. :-)
