The case is simple! You, as a developer, have full right to make some rules of bugreporting. What information you need, what should the subject of such a message consist etc. For example two simple rules: Each Bayesit bug should be reported in a separate message, Subject of the massage should have the keyword [bayesit] and a short summary of the bug. You write the rest. And convince Ritlabs to include this is each new version announcement. Even if to all the people will adhere, many will.
