This smells of being an issue of setup of the actual colour groups. For each colour group, you have to configure the colour for when the message is read and when it's unread. Quite often, users change the colour only for unread status. They try to apply the colour group to a read message. It's applied. However, there's no change since, for the assigned colour group, the colour for the read message is still configured as the default colour. -- -= Allie =- .....
