I can't manually filter on color codes unless the messages are in the Inbox. If the messages are in the Inbox, it works fine. If the messages are in a different folder that I've created, the filter examines all the messages in the folder but doesn't pick up any hits on the color coded messages. I can move a couple messages from my other folder to the inbox and it works, move it back to my other folder and it stops working. This worked in previous versions of TB.
