'neurowerx' sounds more like a play of words with 'neurowerks'. This may mean a lot of things, but I do not see it as 'neurotic'...
And... Alexander is doing nothing out of normal putting a PayPal button on his page. He is not proposing to collect your information, analyse it, and provide you with "needed feedback' in the form of commercial links.
