Okay, but inserting an existing Quick Template and *creating* a Quick Template are two different things. When I see the command to "Create a Quick Template", I think that a Quick Template dialog box is going to open up and use the message I am currently editing (and from which I accessed this command) as a starting point for a new Quick Template. That could be quite useful. But this command is mysteriously grayed out. And even if the command was just worded in a confusing fashion and then moved to a new location, why then was this "old" command left behind on the Utilities menu? -- Avi Yashar Windows XP Pro SP2 and The Bat!
