[*] IMAP: multiple connections to server (Fine Tune option)
[-] IMAP: sometimes wrong message download while only text loading
[+] Other: backup scheduler action
[+] Other: re-filter scheduler action
Note: multiple connections settings are applied currently only after
program restart
