Wow! I'd never had an occasion to look for this in XP SP2 before.
Here, it's:
1)Windows XP Home SP2
2)Control Panel
3)Regional and Language Options
a)Short date
b)Long date
And there's a "customize" button. But I can't see how any of that
affects the calendar as to which day of the week is considered "day
1."
