Hello TBBETA, In my "Personal" e-mail account, I have one person whose filters don't stick. As with all the others in this account, I have Incoming Mail set to "Sender contains [Sender's e-mail address] and Actions: Move the message to folder [Folder name]." Outgoing Mail is set to "Recipient contains [Recipient's e-mail address] and Actions: Copy to the Folder [Folder's name and path].
The above works fine with all persons in the account but one. With that one, no matter how many times I set the filters as described above, Incoming Sender changes to Recipient and Outgoing Recipient to Sender when I close Sorting Office.
