Hm, a temp workaround I found is to delete (or move away) any instances of "iconv.dll" in your PATH. It turns out the new GPG tries to load this if available, and something goes wrong with it, but I'm not sure what. I guess there are many versions of this iconv DLL, which aren't always compatible (that's GNU's DLL hell for you ;) If I get rid of iconv.dll, I always get a (harmless?) error from gpg, but it *does* verify/decrypt, etc: gpg: error loading `iconv.dll': The specified module could not be found. gpg: Signature made 12/17/04 17:42:37 W.
