Please try this version of gpg.exe that I built, which contains fixes (or workarounds, if you like :) for the codepage error messages: http://www.andric.com/gnupg/gnupg-w32cli-1.4.0a-cpfix.zip The zip file is about 402 kiB; it contains only the gpg.exe file, so please backup your previous one manually. There's some information in a readme.txt too. I've also sent the gnupg maintainer yet another patch, hope he'll at least include this in the following version...
