That's interesting. I get this behavior on two distinctly separate machines, both running Windows XP. Would someone care to experiment with this? Set your quote name limit to 1 or 2 and apply it according to initials. Then reply to a message from someone who shows only an address in the From field. Do you get only 1 or 2 letters before the angle bracket, or do you get more? I just set my QNL to 2 and responded to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]". What I got was "sgsc>", which should have been at least two letters too many (as I understand it).
