If you are using a shortcut, make sure the > start folder is set to the folder with TheBat.EXE I created a new shortcut, because my experiences with Deep Alpha taught me so. The Deep Alpha only refused to start when started by previous built shortcut. To avoid this, I created new ones. One on the desktop and one in quick launch. BTW: it makes no difference if I start TB by shortcut or directly by doubleclicking the exe in the folder.
