Anybody already made a BT entry about "Send now" and "Queue in Outbox" and their shortcuts? It's always 'Ctrl+Enter' stays for 'Send now', no matter if account it set to delivery type 'Deferred' or 'Immediate'. Sadly I'm to stupid to find the way to change *this* shortcut myself (plus I haven't found a way to make 'Ctrl+<' my shortcut for 'Move to next unread', but that seems to be intentional, in the sense of e.g. '<' & '>' are forbidden to be used in shortcuts).
