Just a comment about the universally liked script; if you have plugins that don't install under the \The Bat! directory then if you restore from the resulting file you'll not get all of the functionality you expect.
I don't know if it's possible to get the path of all of the installed plugins from somewhere but you can make sure that your plugins are properly added to the archive by adding the relevant paths to the last line of the script. So, for example, mine reads C:\Progra~1\WinRAR\WinRAR.exe a -u -as "C:\email\TBBackup.rar" "C:\Program Files\The Bat!" "C:\Program Files\MyGate" "C:\Program Files\Universal Macro Extender" -- Stuart Hemming Using The Bat! v3.0.9.13 Return on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2 Aided by BayesIt! 0.7.12 Pre-release, MyGate v1.0, rss2pop3 v1.2, SpamPal v1.70, MyMacros 1.11a and Universal Macro eXtender 2.1.1119 rc6 special. Tracers work both ways. - U.S. Army Ordnance
