The tbuser.def file is gone. The .xml files are renamed. I don't have any glyph files. I don't have an anti-virus plug-in. (I'm running F-Secure 2005.) I renamed the Bayesit file, even though I don't use it. What can be upsetting my system when I call the Connection Centre to "Receive Mail"? I got v. .16 up and running smoothly, and it even sent mail just fine for me. But cascading AVs and frozen Bat are the answer to a "Receive Mail" command, so I've had to drop back to v. .13. -- Best regards, Mary The Bat 3.0.9.13 Return on Windows XP 5.1 2600 Service Pack 2 ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.0.9.16 Return | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
