Hello tbbeta,
- make sure, that "View Threads By: none" is selected
- create a new view mode using "Manage View Modes" from the
header pane submenu
- add "Folder" to the columns to be displayed and save it
- right click on the header pane and assign this view mode
now
- press <alt+1> to enable threaded view
- leave the folder and answer the following question with Yes
- return to the folder
- press <alt+0> to disable threaded view again
- leave the folder and answer the question with Yes
Result: The folders which have to be displayed in your new view mode are
not assigned any longer.
