Hi all, A small one but:
Messages in the a folder which have not been retrieved and stored in the local cache have the message flag icon a pale grey colour. If you select one of these messages, the message is retrieved, but the grey flag remains only until you move to another message or as I've just discovered, hit the [+] beside the message to expand the thread/threadlet that it's at the top of. The grey status should change to normal sea blue status colour once the message is selected and message body successfully retrieved.
