Hi Gleason Pace, Saturday, May 7, 2005 you let us know -at least in parts- :
> Does not appear with previous versions either. If I set it to always, > it does show up but with a message count of zero whether there are new > or not. In my case, it might well have something to do with deleting > account.flb. I did that last night (Oregon time) in working with my > multiple folder hierarchy problem. Multiple hierarchies are gone, but > now mailticker doesn't work. > Which makes me think. Many folder settings disappeared when I did > that. Looking to see if the Include in Mailticker setting went away. > Yes it did. Another problem solved. No, I have found it by chance: There must have been a wrong default setting while setup in ticker in options - preferences - mail ticker. Remember: I installed it on a new machine and had to use a msi-file from Ritlabs, this could not have been done by a updated beta exe-file. I used the latest available stable version from Rit's homepage and imported my mailbase later. So I must have overseen to check the three options "messages: normal - high - low" which by the way is a rather lousy explanation if any. So when I check all three options I got my ticker back. Sometimes you're the bug and sometimes you're the widescreen!! Thank you all out there for searching with me, and in case of anyone likes being mad at me because of the traffic: you haven't known it either! :-) -- kind regards Charlene Ferrara mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Using The Bat! v3.5 Return RC2 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2 Skype: charleneferrara ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.5 Return RC/4 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
