As I understand it, batskin.xml is where the icons and their functions are kept. It doesn't make sense to me. It is very strange. Did you do any Customizing of your toolbars that might have--Customize being still so buggy--caused them to quit showing and working? Are you running a Theme other than the Default Theme? Is there a tbuser.def in your TheBat! directory?
